Architectural visualizations
Photorealistic visualizations of houses, housing developments and public buildings - for architects and developers.
I create photorealistic visualizations of houses, housing developments and public buildings - for architects and developers who want to show a scheme in the best possible light. Every detail matters in my work: faithful materials, light and atmosphere are what turn a visualization into a believable picture of the building to come.
I do not stop at the massing. The landscaping and carefully worked planting matter just as much, because they complete the scheme, and so does a considered middle distance - the surroundings that give a visualization realism and context.
Who I work with
I work mainly with architectural practices and property developers, in Poland and abroad. A visualization usually serves two purposes at once: presenting the scheme to an investor or a future buyer, and promoting the practice itself. I treat each client individually and refine every shot on its own, to get as much out of it as I can.
What is needed to start
I work best from a complete set: plans, elevations and sections, a 3D model if one exists, and the landscaping design. Facade finishes matter too, as does knowing which software the design was made in. Photographs of the plot and its surroundings help - the middle distance is what makes a shot believable, and without context even a well-modelled building looks cut out from its background.
Additional options
For every project I offer an optional, separately priced package of complementary shots, built on the final visualizations. I use modern AI-based tools for this. They are usually material details, close-ups or shots with people. Images like these round the project out and make it read as one story.
From the finished visualizations I can also create animations, useful for promoting a development or your practice on social media, and for presenting the project to your own client.
What affects the price
The cost depends on the size of the development, how complete and what format the supplied material is, and the number of shots ordered. We agree the number of shots at the start, and it is the single factor that most affects the price. The stages and the number of revision rounds are described under How we work together.
