About
My studio Reflect Reality Kamila Kosarzecka produces:
- photorealistic visualizations of residential, commercial and public buildings,
- interior visualizations,
- animations created with modern AI-based methods,
- 360 virtual tours.
I have run the studio since 2021, but I have been in architecture far longer - the experience I gained in a design office and my degree from the Faculty of Architecture at Wrocław University of Science and Technology stand behind every project I deliver. I work mainly with architectural practices and property developers, in Poland and abroad.
How I work
Every detail matters in my work. Faithful materials, light and atmosphere are what turn a visualization into a believable picture of a building that does not exist yet. I treat each client individually and refine every shot on its own, to get as much out of it as I can.
I aim for photorealism - each shot should tell its own story. You can raise your own notes on every image, so the final visualizations are worked through down to the smallest detail.
I am not afraid of new tools - I keep learning and adopting them. Recently I have been using AI to create additional shots and project animations. That gives you a complete set of materials to present the project to an investor or a future buyer, and to use in your own sales and marketing.
How we work together
I refine every shot in detail together with the client. The work is usually split into 4 stages, with two rounds of revisions along the way - and on larger, more complex projects, three.
Gathering materials
In the first stage, once the agreement is signed, I collect everything the visualization needs: 2D drawings, 3D models, photographs, references. I also agree with the client on the materials, the elements that matter, the preferred shots and the mood. Preparing this properly makes the whole project run faster and more smoothly.
3D modelling
Once I have everything, I build a detailed 3D model of the interior, the building or the complex, and apply preliminary materials to it. I prepare a set of proposed shots for the client to choose from. The visualizations do not yet contain every element, detail or landscaping. At this stage I apply revisions to camera positions, framing, lighting, the placement and appearance of the main elements in the scene, and the materials used inside or on the building.
Draft visualizations
Once the final shots are chosen I refine each visualization. At this stage the camera positions should no longer change - I refine every shot separately, matching the lighting precisely to the view and working out the composition, with the planting, additional elements and details in the right places. The client receives every shot fully detailed but at lower resolution, so they can see everything and raise notes on each image. Notes at this stage cover materials, additional artificial lighting, planting, and smaller elements and details.
Final visualizations
With the notes applied I send the final visualizations, including post-production: I adjust colour, contrast and mood, and add figures. If needed, before receiving the images at full resolution, the client can make one last correction to the elements added in post-production. I deliver the final images at a resolution suitable for websites, social media, brochures and leaflets. Material for larger prints such as banners is quoted individually, depending on the print size.
Additional AI shots and animations
At the client's request, once the final visualizations are done, I prepare an additional package of materials using modern AI-based technologies. These are further shots that complete the project - material details, close-ups, shots with people - as well as animations presenting the development. I build them on the finished visualizations, so the whole presentation stays consistent with the real project.
