Using modern AI-based technology I create animations that help you promote a development or your practice on social media, and present a project convincingly to your client. The films are built from visualizations produced earlier, so the whole presentation stays consistent with the real project.
Every animation is tailored to what the client needs. It can be a film focused on presenting the development, its details, its architectural solutions and its spaces, or a piece built around a story, which engages a viewer more strongly and performs better on social media, widening the project's reach and visibility.
Animations can vary in length - from short pieces intended for social media to longer, fuller presentations of a project for a client. They are also prepared at a resolution matched to where they will be published: from versions optimised for social media through to 4K, which holds up when presented on large screens.
When an animation is worth ordering
Film works where a still cannot: presenting a scheme to an investor or a future buyer, selling a development, and promoting your own practice. On social media, movement holds attention better than a single image, which translates directly into the reach and visibility of the project.
How an animation is made
An animation is built from finished visualizations, so it is usually the next step after the stills. That way the film and the images show exactly the same project, in the same materials and the same light. If the visualizations do not exist yet, I first prepare the necessary base of shots, and the film is then built from those.
As part of a package
Animations are included in packages that combine architectural or interior visualizations with additional AI shots. Ordered together with visualizations they are priced more favourably than on their own.
Pricing
The price of an animation depends on its length and its purpose. I usually produce animations from visualizations of the building or interior made earlier, as one complete package, which makes the price more favourable. An animation on its own is also possible - the quote then also covers preparing the necessary base: the shots and visualizations the film is built from.
